How to Measure for Accurate Sizing

Follow this guide to ensure precise body measurements using a cloth measuring tape.

Find a T shirt that fits you well. Lay it flat on a table & measure across the chest at the underarm level. This is your width. 

Measure from the neck/shoulder intersection to the hem. This is your length. 

The Gildan 64000 shirts are a Unisex sizing so are generous in fit but if you are between sizes, it is best to go up.
