Refund policy

We have a 20-day refund/reprint policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a refund or reprint. 

All of our items are made to order so we can only accept a return if:

An item arrives broken or damaged.

An item is not as you ordered - wrong item, size, colour, spelling mistake.

Printing is poor quality.

Please note that we cannot accept a return if you have ordered the wrong size or change your mind.

To be eligible for a return you need to take clear photographs of the damage or problem with the item. Please take several photographs to show the problem in good lighting. This must be done within 20 days of your order.  

To start a return, please email a description of the problem along with photos to karen@motoart.com.au

If your return is accepted, we’ll start a reprint order or refund as per your preference.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
